Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your attendance at AI Summit Bulgaria (Burgas, September 19, 2026), operated by Encorp Bulgaria Ltd, UIC (ЕИК) 207883658, VAT No. BG207883658, Simeonovsko Shose 33, Sofia, Bulgaria (“we”, “the Organiser”).

By using the site, creating an account or purchasing a pass, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Attendance is invite-first. You sign in with a passwordless one-time code sent to your email; keep access to your inbox secure and do not share your login.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.

Passes to AI Summit Bulgaria are personal and admit one named holder, who presents their personal QR code at the entrance.

You may reassign a pass to another person from your portal until shortly before the event; the new holder receives a fresh pass and the previous QR code is invalidated.

Prices are shown and charged in EUR and include VAT.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, PayPerCut. Where you request an invoice, it is issued by Encorp Bulgaria Ltd.

Passes are personal admission to an event held on a specific date. Under Article 57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Art. 16(1)(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services connected with leisure activities provided on a specific date. Passes are therefore non-refundable.

Instead of a refund, you may reassign your pass to someone else from your portal. If we cancel the event, we will refund the price you paid.

Attendance is subject to our Code of Conduct. We may refuse admission to, or remove, anyone who behaves unacceptably or poses a risk to others, without refund.

We may update the programme, speakers, format or venue where reasonably necessary; we will communicate material changes to confirmed guests. If circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) prevent the event from taking place, we will offer a new date or a refund.

The website, its content, branding and materials are owned by Encorp Bulgaria Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

We provide the site and the event with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are subject to the competent Bulgarian courts. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
