Attendance is capped at 400 to keep the room high-signal. Invitations are issued to leaders in enterprise, government and investment, and to the people building applied AI. You can request an invite, or redeem one you've received.

Yes. Use “Apply to attend” to request one. Our team reviews every request and, where there's a fit, sends a personal invite link with your allocation.

Standard is €99 and VIP is €249, both VAT-inclusive. VIP adds priority seating, the Awards reception, the VIP dinner and transfers. Prices are shown and charged in EUR.

Yes. At checkout you can enter company billing details and we'll issue a VAT invoice for your order.

Each pass carries one attendee's details, but you can reassign a pass to someone else from your portal until shortly before the event. The new holder gets a fresh pass and a confirmation email.

Sessions run in Bulgarian and English, with the main stage in English. The site and all communications are available in both languages.
